We provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management if needed. We offer lifestyle coaching for mental health, genetic testing for medication sensitivity, and Interpersonal Supportive Therapy. Frequently, more in depth psychotherapy is needed and referrals are available to build your best treatment team.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Jamie was born and raised in Texas. She began her career in nursing in 1995. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Amarillo College and The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). She received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from UTA in 2005.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Jamie worked as the mental health provider for the John Peter Smith Tarrant County Hospital District (JPS), JPS School-Based Health Center's Mental Health Clinic with children and adolescent patients and their families meeting their mental health needs. She has also worked in private practice with adolescents and adults. Jamie worked as a registered nurse with the Mental Health Corporation of Denver as a nurse on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team based on the University of Wisconsin ACT model caring for patients in the community with chronic, and severe mental illness. She also worked in a substance abuse inpatient program, corrections, and cardiac critical care.
An egalitarian treatment approach with care planning that focuses on the whole patient, and attention to evidenced-based steps to achieve mental wellness is Jamie's goal with all patients and their families. She will meet the patient where they are at with a problem-solving approach.
